BP Awareness Week: Promoting Heart Health & Early Detection
As part of our HSE campaign, HG Solution Sdn Bhd successfully conducted BP Awareness Week on March 20, 2023—an initiative dedicated to raising awareness on hypertension and promoting a heart-healthy lifestyle among our employees.
Recognizing that high blood pressure is often a “silent condition” with serious health risks, this campaign focused on the importance of early detection and preventive care. Throughout the program, employees were encouraged to participate in on-site health checks, enabling them to monitor their blood pressure levels and gain better insight into their personal health status.
In addition to screenings, various educational activities were carried out to increase awareness about the causes, risks, and management of hypertension. Practical lifestyle tips—such as maintaining a balanced diet, staying physically active, managing stress, and reducing sodium intake—were also shared to support long-term health improvements.
This initiative reflects our commitment to integrating health and well-being into our HSE culture. By empowering employees with knowledge and accessible health monitoring, we encourage a proactive approach where prevention comes first.
