3KM Short Marathon: Driving a Culture of Health, Safety & Engagement Across All Branches
As part of our ongoing HSE campaign, HG Solution Sdn Bhd successfully organized the 3KM Short Marathon Fitness Program on May 25, 2024—held simultaneously across our Paka, Bangi, and Sarawak branches. This coordinated effort reflects our unified commitment to promoting health, safety, and employee well-being across all locations.
More than just a fitness activity, this initiative reinforces our belief that a strong HSE culture begins with healthy individuals and connected teams. By running together on the same day, employees from different branches were brought closer under one shared purpose—embracing wellness, strengthening teamwork, and cultivating a proactive safety mindset.
Despite being in different locations, the spirit of the event remained consistent. Teams gathered in their respective branches, showing enthusiasm, unity, and strong participation. Throughout the run, colleagues encouraged one another, demonstrating the same values we uphold in our daily operations—discipline, cooperation, and accountability.
